our roots

We are a small microgreen operation in Lindsay, Ontario. Using only organic seeds and soil we grow without the use of chemicals- just sunshine and love. 

I’m Erin, founder of Sprouted Earth. I started the business in 2016 when I was living in a small-ish apartment in Toronto with zero outdoor space. I craved green and growing something. I started supplying to restaurants throughout the city and the business grew. In 2018 I participated in a farmers market in Liberty Village, and that was such a good learning experience. I loved talking to people about fresh food and I had some very loyal customers who I adored.
Now, I am back in a regrowth stage. I am establishing myself in the Lindsay community and loving meeting new people here. I am so grateful for the support I’ve received. I look forward to seeing what this new chapter looks like and thanks for coming along for the ride!
