A salad dressing so good that I never felt the need to give it an actual name; it has simply always been referred to as THE DRESSING. My family began to ask for THE DRESSING, and soon customers were demanding that I sell this delightful concoction at the farmer's market. It seems that the world just can't get enough of THE DRESSING.

This dressing is incredibly versatile and has never encountered a meal that it couldn't enhance. It’s absolutely amazing on any type of salad, truly! You can use it creatively as a bread dipper, incorporate it into potato salad, apply it as a marinade for various kinds of meat, drizzle it over quinoa, and of course, enjoy it on fresh microgreens!

Remarkably, THE DRESSING is gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free (although it contains a very small amount of agave nectar), and completely dairy-free, which makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences. Best of all, it will remain fresh and delicious in the fridge for months.

It is available in a version made with sunflower oil, which is the default option, or an avocado oil variant for those who are looking to reduce their intake of seed oils.
